Is Getting a Dental Implant Painful?
In this video, Dr. Rameek McNair discusses mini dental implants and their less invasive nature, leading to minimal discomfort during and after placement.
One of the great benefits of mini dental implants is that they are less invasive compared to traditional dental implants. This results in minimal discomfort both during and after the placement procedure. Many of my patients report that they experience such little discomfort that they don’t feel the need to take strong pain medication. Often, they find that over-the-counter options like Tylenol or ibuprofen are sufficient to manage any mild discomfort they might have. This ease of recovery is a significant advantage for patients considering mini dental implants.
